General
1. The Imperial London Hotels Membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Imperial London Hotels Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Imperial London Hotels Group Limited.
2. The Imperial London Hotels Membership Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be construed under English law. The Terms and Conditions set forth here in supersede all prior Terms and Conditions.
3. Imperial London Hotels reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Imperial London Hotels Membership for any Member who appears to be using the Programme in a manner inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions; failed to pay any bills or accounts due to the Imperial London Hotels; or any Member who has engaged in any offensive or hostile conduct towards any employee or guest of Imperial London Hotels.
4. All interpretations of the Membership Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Imperial London Hotels.
Changes to Membership Programme
1. The Membership Programme has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as Imperial London Hotels decides to terminate the Programme, at any time, with or without notice. All bookings that were made prior to the cancellation of the programme will continue to be honoured, even if the arrival date is beyond the cancellation of the programme.
2. The Imperial London Hotels reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, procedures, conditions or benefits pertaining to the Programme at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
3. Any changes will be shown in Terms and Conditions on Imperial London Hotels official website and will be effective immediately, unless stated otherwise.
4. Imperial London Hotels will try to notify existing Members of any changes to Terms & Conditions, but will not be liable for failure to do so.
Maintaining Account Information
1. Only individuals above the age of 18 may enrol in the Imperial London Hotels Membership Programme. Corporations, associations or groups are not permitted to enrol in the Imperial London Hotels Membership Programme
2. Each Member is responsible for creating a private account access information and for maintaining the security that information. If the security of that information is breached by the Member or a third party, Imperial London Hotels shall not be liable for any access to that account not authorised by the Member. In no event shall Imperial London Hotels be responsible for other damages or losses claimed to occur as a result of that unauthorised access.
3. Each Member is responsible for advising the Imperial London Hotels of any changes to their contact information.
Membership Benefits
1. Membership entitles Members to discounted rates on the Best Available Rates when logged in to their account and making their booking directly through our website.
2. Discounted rates will not knowingly be bookable at a lower price online, either directly on Imperial London Hotels official website or with one of our official booking partners
3. This rate may not be combined with other select promotions, offers or discounts and is not valid for existing reservations or groups.
4. For booking or stays on or after 1st May 2023, Members will be able to cancel free of charge up to 12pm on the day of arrival.
